Michelle joined the PEG team in June 2005 to work on the National Australia Bank's M2006 Commonwealth Games Hospitality Program in Melbourne. As Program Operations Manager, Michelle played a crucial role in ensuring the program was operationally delivered at Games Time. This required ongoing management of the clients program and related processes and supporting the coordination of all program logistics – accommodation, air travel, ground transportation, people flows, guest communications, ticketing, etc.

Following the success of this event, Michelle then took on the role of Program Operations Manager for National Australia Bank's 2006 FIFA World Cup Hospitality Program in Germany. Based in Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart during Games Time, Michelle was responsible for ensuring the program was operationally delivered. This required the coordination of all program logistics – guest communications, accommodation, ground transportation, venues, tours, etc. Michelle was the key point of contact for both client and guests on-site.

Michelle is now currently working towards the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games providing support in the early development of Client's hospitality programs which will lead onto the management of all program logistics for specific clients.

Prior to joining PEG, Michelle was with the Melbourne Convention & Visitors Bureau (MCVB) for 5 years. Working in the Marketing/Membership team, Michelle was responsible for driving membership sales, building relationships with existing members (membership base included hotels, function venues, PCO & event management companies, transportation companies, tourism attractions, etc), managing advertising sales for several Melbourne business tourism publications & coordinating their events including exhibitions, familiarisation programs, seminars & networking functions.

Michelle has successfully completed a Bachelor of Business - Tourism Management at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT).
